Alynna blends astrology with spatial context to offer one gentle daily cue — an energy phrase (a “mantra”) plus recommendations such as colors, sounds, and rhythms. This page explains what data Aligna uses, why, and how you stay in control.

Privacy Summary

We respect your privacy. Alynna is designed to provide personalized daily recommendations while minimizing data use and avoiding advertising tracking.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
No advertising tracking. We don’t use your data to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Location is optional. You can deny location permission; some features may fall back to default recommendations.
Some data may be processed by our backend/cloud services to generate and store your daily recommendation history.
Important: To generate recommendations, Alynna may send limited inputs (such as your latitude/longitude and birth info) to our recommendation service, and store results in our database so you can revisit your history.

Alynna is an “energy companion” app that blends astrology with spatial context to provide one gentle daily cue — an energy phrase (“mantra”) plus recommendations such as colors, sounds, and rhythms.

A. Account & Identifiers

If you sign in, we use authentication services (such as Apple Sign In or Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication). This may involve a unique user ID and, depending on your sign-in method, an email address.

B. Profile & Birth Info

To provide astrology-based personalization, Alynna may store your nickname and birth information (birth date, birth time, and birth place). This supports chart-based personalization.

C. Location (Optional)

If you grant permission, Alynna may read your device’s location to tailor the daily recommendation. You can disable location at any time; the app may fall back to default recommendations.

D. Daily Recommendations & History

Alynna stores your daily recommendation results so you can revisit your history. This may include the mantra text, recommendation fields (e.g., place/color/sound/rhythm), and the date created.

  • Authentication: to let you sign in and keep your account secure.
  • Personalization: to generate your daily mantra and recommendations.
  • History: to save results so you can revisit your timeline/calendar.
  • Reliability & security: to keep the service stable and prevent abuse.
No ads tracking: we do not use your data to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

A. Recommendation API

When you generate recommendations, Alynna may send limited inputs to our recommendation service, such as latitude, longitude, and birth information, to compute and return your daily results.

B. Cloud Services (e.g., Firebase)

We may use cloud services for authentication and storing your profile and recommendation history so you can access it across sessions and devices.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing.

Profile data and daily recommendations are stored for as long as your account remains active, so you can revisit your history. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize data associated with your account where applicable, subject to technical and legal constraints.

Location Permission

You can enable/disable Location at any time in iOS Settings:

Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Aligna

If Location is disabled, some features may fall back to default or less location-specific recommendations.

Access & Deletion

You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us. If the app provides an in-app account deletion option, you can also use that feature.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Alynna is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, if the changes are material, provide additional notice within the app.
